Olympia London

We have worked with some of the biggest exhibition venues in the UK. Our designs have been presented at the prestigious Olympia, London centre numerous times. This 45,000m² space fits in seven different venues, and plays host to some of the premier trade and public shows in the calendar year. Festive and sporting events as well as celebrations of music and food have all taken place under this roof.

With a wealth of events often held in quick succession here, our team have had the opportunity to assist with varied stand designs. The bespoke options we can create provide our clients with a platform for ingenuity. All of our stands work primarily as a promotional tool for presenting marketing and merchandise. Beyond this, they can add another layer to the customer experience as they enjoy Olympia's fantastic barrel-roof above.

The shape, colour, material and formation of the design stand generates endless possibility and flexibility. With a capacity of up to 10,000 in the Olympia Grand section, we recognise that this kind of construction will need to perform in what can often be a competitive sales environment. To maximise their effect we work with the client to form a three-dimensional experience that supports the activities it will house. Sales and demonstrations are the most common uses so we can accommodate advertising with poster panels and lighting accents.

This was originally the largest UK show centre under one roof, and an extensive £30m refurbishment in 2013 enhanced much of its original glory. All seven spaces are now interlocking, creating a community dynamic that fosters growing businesses. Our experience ensures we get the most out of your allocated area, building on previous work we have done in similar confines.

With modern facilities and a fresh interior as a backdrop here, we enjoy the challenge of making an exhibition stand rise above the rest. Our stand and lighting equipment can be used for everything from small parties and private launches, to corporate conferences and award ceremonies. Simple shell schemes with plug and play lighting can be used to make quick, easily portable and reusable set ups. With the buildings architecture spanning Victorian to Art Deco, it makes an inspirational environment to work in. Convenient nearby transport links including Kensington (Olympia) railway station mean it's always well attended.

The purpose built conference centre is a great place to host an informative presentation, backed by our unique lighting and stand options. Meetings, lectures and screenings could benefit from our work by enhancing the overall attendee experience. Visual information leaves a lasting impression and those visiting Olympia in West London can expect high quality structures created by our team. Overhead lighting can be used both for practical purpose and for added visual impact. Hidden lights can achieve a softer effect where something inconspicuous is required. The portfolio we have built up over the years indicates the extensive range of electrical and ergonomic solutions we can employ to give your exhibition stand a real edge.
